Update - Money dried up again

Today the donations have dried up and she's looking for a place to camp and wait on money to come in. She tried to find camp around a place in southern California we used to camp called "the slab", but found a rash of territorial squatters. Unease about her findings, she's now heading into Blythe California for a phone recharge, then onto public camping in Quartzsite Arizona.

Edit 3-4-21:  Thanks again to everyone who donated. I stopped updating then because I was going through a very rough time in my life and my mom's health started declining. She eventually passed away in 2013. Looking back at this, I reminds me of a place and time, now long ago. I am thankful I had people looking out for me and my mom. Sending positive thoughts. 

Starting a paypal fund

Today, in hopes to generate donations for my Mother Diana, I started this Donation blog as a full campaign to fuel and help feed my mother on the long journey from Oregon to North Carolina. I printed a corresponding vinyl bumper sticker near her at a FedEx Office to be displayed in her window.

My mother has traveled off and on for years and never really settled down on into her 60s. All of us kids have urged her to slow down to tap into some health care and a little bit of stability.

Now at 64 and suffering from sometimes debilitating health issues, She recently settled to be in one place with the help of my brother in Oregon.

But after a short while and money all spent, the situation turned drastically downward, and now she needs to get back to her brothers, aunts, and uncles in North Carolina where she can enjoy a better peace of mind, and be with the family she needs.

I hope this post reaches the good people and communities online to get her home. Anything helps!
